CEO - A city planner with rich experience in urban planning, economic planning and transportation planning, and building data bases that combine geographic information systems and spatial patterns of behavior models ​ Specializes in strategic planning in the preparation of national and regional master plans and outlines, as well as in the preparation of city building plans, in planning master plans for transport, in developing technical specifications for transportation projects, in economic analysis of road and transport systems programs and in creating models for managing and supervising public transport fleets. Among other things, he worked on a master plan for transportation for Tel Aviv, a strategic plan for Tel Aviv, planning public transport lines in different clusters and preparing a tender for the Ministry of Transport, planning the highway at Kedarel on route number  1 at the entrance to Tel Aviv, Transportation Master Plans, National Outline Plan for Another International Airport to Israel, Tel Aviv District Outline Plan, TA Metropolitan Area Plan, five-years plan for National Roads Company of Israel Plan, Economic Feasibility of Transportation Projects, and Urban and Transport Overseas Planning in Projects of the World Bank
