CEO - A city planner with rich experience in urban planning, economic planning and transportation planning, and building data bases that combine geographic information systems and spatial patterns of behavior models Specializes in strategic planning in the preparation of national and regional master plans and outlines, as well as in the preparation of city building plans, in planning master plans for transport, in developing technical specifications for transportation projects, in economic analysis of road and transport systems programs and in creating models for managing and supervising public transport fleets.
